Located in the heart of Plymouth county in Massachusetts, not far from the site of the historic English settlement, is the largest housing development in New England—The Pinehills. About two years ago, after ground had been broken on the first homes, the technology access provider for the development bailed. The developer was left with little choice but to go into the technology business for itself. The lessons learned along the way are invaluable.
