LAKEWOOD, Colo. -- HomeSphere, a technology-leveraged service provider to residential homebuilders, has announced its participation with Rebuilding Together Metro Denver.
HomeSphere will sponsor a home renovation in the fall, scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 21. Employee volunteers, their spouses, families and friends will come together to paint, repair windows and plumbing, install appliances and more at a home in Denver, fulfilling Rebuilding Together's mission of helping homeowners age in warm, safe and dry homes.
Founded in 1999, the program works in partnership with the community to rehabilitate the homes of the low-income, particularly elderly and disabled homeowners so that they may continue to live in their homes comfortably and independently.
Locally, Rebuilding Together has rehabilitated 165 homes and seven nonprofit facilities in just five years with the help of more than 3,500 skilled and unskilled volunteers.
